Weekend Silent Retreat

Enter into a weekend of prayer, reflection, and extended silence in a peaceful, supportive environment. The retreat begins on Friday evening with an introduction to the weekend and an invitation into the practice of silence. Silence begins at 9:00 p.m. and is maintained throughout the retreat, creating space to listen deeply to God and to the movements of the heart.

On Saturday, participants are invited to begin and end the day with guided Lectio Divina. Optional one-on-one spiritual direction appointments are available throughout the weekend for those who desire personal accompaniment. Meals are intentionally simple, including an optional light breakfast and a modest soup lunch, allowing participants to remain focused on prayer and contemplation. Supper would be fasted.

The retreat concludes on Sunday with the celebration of the Eucharist at 11:00 a.m., followed by an opportunity to break the silence, share the simple lunch and reflect on the weekend experience.…
