The Heart of Aging with Wisdom and Vitality is a wisdom and vitality-based approach to living our lives, particularly at mid age and beyond, with meaning and contribution. Exploring the stories, experiences, and lessons accumulated throughout the journey of our lives builds a new perspective which we can celebrate and build upon as we design the years ahead. It is an opportunity to move from seeing aging as a time of beginning limitations, diminishment and losses, to a new paradigm of an expanded consciousness that brings more meaning and purpose to life.
