The Heart of Aging with Wisdom and Vitality gives us opportunities to celebrate and build upon our experience as we look forward to the years ahead. As we explore and share our stories, experiences, and lessons learned, we develop new perspectives. It is an opportunity to move from seeing aging as a time of limitations, diminishment and losses, to a new paradigm of an expanded awareness that brings more meaning and purpose to life.
