Exploring the stories, experiences, and lessons accumulated throughout the journey of our lives builds a new perspective The Heart of Aging with Wisdom and Vitality is a wisdom and vitality-based approach to living our lives, particularly at mid age and beyond, with meaning and contribution. which we can celebrate and build upon as we design the years ahead. It is an opportunity to move from seeing aging as a time of beginning limitations, diminishment and losses, to a new paradigm of an expanded consciousness that brings more meaning and purpose to life.
