Sound Bath is the use of vibrations and frequencies from different specialized instruments that are played to create a safe space of serenity and peace. This creates an environment where individuals can lie down and listen to sounds that help connect the mind and body, supporting them physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Sound Therapy is a gathering of a group of people—or an individual—who are looking for stillness, mind-body connection, healing, and overall well-being to nurture their spirit. It also provides a connection with others who may be going through similar journeys, through reflection and the sharing of experiences during the session, if a participant chooses to.
