Friday, March 1 through Sunday, March 3 (Commute Retreat, Accommodations at the Centre may be available at an additional cost)

Humans naturally process experience through telling stories. This weekend retreat will deconstruct dominant beliefs about grief and loss and offer alternative approaches to connecting with our lost loved ones. The retreat will include guided meditation practices, legacy activities and group discussion. This session will introduce the integration of meditation and personal growth through story.

Facilitator: Carolyn Biron and Aaron Roth. Cost: $275. Saturday lunch is included. (Accommodation may be available at the Centre with advanced booking for an additional cost.)
