About the Event
Explore some traditional as well as creative ways to pray, that is, to recognize this Mystery we call God, through words, silence, images, creativity, dreams, and our bodies. Along with discussing practices such as Gratitude Journals and a simple way to understand our dreams, you’ll experience Lectio Divina (Sacred Reading), praying in color and mark-making, and simple body prayer, plus you’ll learn a way of discernment I call “If My Life were a Novel, what would happen next?” This is inspiration to trust how you express all of who you are to and with the Divine Mystery who is already within and among us.
