About the Event
What I have found so fascinating about my meditation journey is all of the whispers of insight that keep showing up everyday. These whispers of insight are what I'm calling My Six Degrees of Meditation: Leadership, Resilience, Present Moment awareness, Courage, Creativity and Gratitude. Each session will include reflection from the previous week, a reflection exercise, a guided meditation, a takeaway exercise and an opportunity to be coached.
