About the Event
Gratitude is one of the degrees in My Six Degrees of Meditation. Let us explore gratitude further by digging deeper into your meditation journey. Each session will include reflection from the previous week, a reflection exercise, a guided meditation, a takeaway exercise and a coaching opportunity. So please join me on this meditation journey of reflection and insight.
