Creativity is one of the degrees in My Six Degrees of Meditation. Let us explore creativity further by digging deeper into your meditation journey. Â Each session will include reflection from the previous week, a reflection exercise, a guided meditation, a takeaway exercise and a coaching opportunity. So please join me on this meditation journey of reflection and insight. If you haven't taken My Six Degrees of Meditation yet, no worries you can always start with Creativity first.
