My Six Degrees of Courage

What I have found so fascinating about my meditation journey is all of the whispers of insight that keep showing up every day. These whispers of insight are what I’m calling My Six Degrees of Meditation.  Courage is one of the degrees.  There is a vulnerability that comes with looking inward and exploring yourself at a deeper level.  It takes courage because meditation isn’t just about the good stuff.  It is about finding a balance and accepting all of who we are.

Let us explore awareness further by digging deeper into your meditation journey.  Each session will include reflection from the previous week, a reflection exercise, a guided meditation, a takeaway exercise, and an opportunity to be coached. So please join me on this six-week meditation journey of reflection and insight.
