This Lenten retreat invites us to step quietly into the Temple with Simeon and Anna, opening our hearts to encounter Christ in sacred stillness. Through Scripture, imagery, gentle reflection offered by Fr. Tim, and shared silence, we will explore what it means to hold Christ with tenderness, to entrust our lives to God’s care, and to move from striving and control toward trust and grateful witness.
We will conclude the evening with the Eastern Christian prayer, the Akathist “Glory to God for All Things,” led by Fr. Orion—a prayer of praise and thanksgiving that gently affirms God’s faithful presence and loving providence in every season of life.
