Find connection in community as you cultivate connection with Self. Identify habits and triggers, patterns, beliefs, behaviours that are affecting your ability to live your best life. This exploration is a combination of Radical Forgiveness theories, Internal Family Systems theories and deep inquiry inspired by Gabor Mate’s: When the Body Says No.
