Join us at the Martha Retreat Centre for an inspiring gathering in honour of International Women’s Day—a celebration that’s part of the global story of women’s achievements, resilience, and aspirations. This year’s theme, Count Her In, invites us to explore how economic empowerment can accelerate gender equality, opening doors for women everywhere to thrive.
Event highlights include a warm welcome, opening remarks by the Canadian Federation of University Women (CFUW), empowering conversations sharing stories and inspiration, and a special presentation introducing Penny Warris, our featured guest speaker, with her engaging talk on women’s empowerment and economic equality.
