Healing Path Yoga

In this gentle restorative class, the principles of mindful awareness are woven into both movement and stillness, through postures and the healing power of breath, to help release overall tension and pain. Learn how to calm your mind and regulate your nervous system, while creating comfort and ease in your body for lifelong health and healing. Weather-permitting, we may take our yoga mats outside and enjoy the sounds and beauty of nature on the grounds of the Martha Retreat Centre

After moving and stretching, settle into the stillness of Yoga Nidra, a form of lying down meditation that creates a deep sense of relaxation in the mind and body.
