Exploring the Mandala for Insight and Self Expression (In Person)

Our day will begin with a short talk on the ancient symbolism of the mandala. We will look at some varied examples and see how creating our own mandala can open our own spiritual centers. Our labyrinth at the Centre is one type of mandala which encourages us to release and receive what is within our own spiritual natures.

After spending some time walking the labyrinth, we will spend some quiet reflection on what we have learned. The rest of the day will take us into planning and creating our own mandala on paper, based on the insights we have gleaned from the labyrinth.

All materials will be provided.
