Entering the Flow: Practices for re-mersion and reflection
Entering the Flow is an intentional time to re-immerse ourselves in the living presence/energy that flows through us and all creation. Through a variety of practices - mediation, the labyrinth, walks and reflection/prayer - we will find that place of inner awareness that attunes us to this flow. In this posture of attentive presence, we will reflect on how we belong to creation and what this invites us to in a time of ecological peril and social fraying. While teachings will be offered, participants will be encouraged to draw inspiration from them to create their own natural ways of reflecting and centering one's self in creation.
Dates: September 10-12
Where: Martha Retreat Centre, 1130 Scenic Drive South, Lethbridge, AB
Arrive: Between 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Friday, September 10
Start: Friday 7:00 p.m.
Closing: Saturday evening with a Sunday morning departure
