Communication with God in the peaceful surroundings of Martha Retreat Centre. Centering Prayer is a method of silent prayer that prepares us to receive the gift of contemplative prayer, prayer in which we experience God’s presence within us, closer than breathing, closer than thinking, closer than consciousness itself. This method of prayer is both a relationship with God and a discipline to foster that relationship.
Facilitator: Pat Boehm.
The suggested contribution for each Centering Prayer meeting is $10. You are welcome to give what you can—either as a one-time offering or as an affordable donation each time you attend. If you are unable to make a donation, please know you are still warmly welcome to join us.
